Wäre es möglich und legal irgendwie die Sendungen (alte und neue) zum Download anzubieten?

Ich meine irgendwo mal gehört zu haben, dass die Crew ihre Zustimmung zum Tauschen und Sammeln von Sendungen gegeben hätte. Und da ich normalerweise weit außerhalb vom ffn-Sendegebiet wohne (derzeit Arizona/USA) habe ich keine Möglichkeit die Sendungen zu hören (der Livestream ist keine Alternative, zu instabil).

Von daher wäre BitTorrent vielleicht eine Alternative. Oder HTTP, ich habe relativ günstige Möglichkeiten an Bandbreite und Serverspeicherplatz zu kommen.

Wäre es legal die öffentlich ausgestrahlten Sendungen (nicht gerippte CDs) zum Download anzubieten?
